Am I buying directly from the artists?
Yes, all shopping cart transactions conducted through this site are via personal PayPal® accounts owned by the artist. Creative Musings does not participate in any part of the sale. We simply provide a service to bring artists and buyers together.    TOP

Does Creative Musings collect a commission on the sale of art through this site?
No, Creative Musings does not collect a commission on the sale of art. We do reserve the right, should it prove mutually beneficial with the artist, to enter into a commission based contract. However, Creative Musings guarantees all proceeds from any sale go directly to the artist under normal contractual agreement.     TOP

What forms of payment do you accept?
All sales are conducted through PayPal® shopping carts. PayPal® offers to buyers payments through all major credit cards, on-line checks, and direct fund transfers. Each artist has the option to accept whatever forms of payment they choose.   TOP

Why should I become a member of your site?
Becoming a member of Creative Musings is an inexpensive, worry-free means to have an Internet presence. All of the extraneous details are taken care of that most artists would rather not be bothered with ... and, your art is displayed in a tasteful, attractive gallery setting.     TOP

How can I know my art will not be stolen through "right-click theft"?
All galleries are Macromedia® Flash® animations that cannot be imported in any way ... right-click or otherwise.     TOP

Will my art be seen on the Internet by joining this web service?
We will aggressively market the Creative Musings web site for maximum exposure. Additionally, this site is built to maximize search engine placement. Although Macromedia® Flash® animations are used throughout the site, it is not built entirely in Flash®. Sites built entirely in Macromedia® Flash® become more difficult for search engines to find and must rely heavily on alternative marketing.    TOP

How can I know my art will look it's best and be accurately represented through a gallery on this site?
Your art will display based on the images you submit. Color and exposure correction and editing are possible, but only to a certain degree. We will make every effort to edit your images to the original display of your art. You will have a two stage approval process before your gallery is published.    TOP

Will my art look the same from one computer to another and in different web browsers?
Displaying art or any information on the Internet will not provide an exact duplication of original content. This is due to the numerous monitor display resolutions and multiple browsers that are used by the general public. For instance, Creative Musings will optimally display at 1024x768 resolution using Internet Explorer as a browser. It has been tested to display comparably in Mozilla Firefox and Netscape at the same resolution or at 800x600 in all three. Other browsers or display settings cannot be guaranteed.    TOP
